This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and shipping issue claims work for purchases made through our website.

1) Final Sale Items (No Returns / No Exchanges)

Due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, all sales are final on the following items once delivered:

  • Disposable vapes / vape devices
  • Cartridges / pods
  • Pre‑rolls, joints, blunts
  • Edibles (gummies, chocolates, beverages, ingestibles)
  • Supplements, vitamins, powders, capsules
  • Topicals, skincare, oils, balms
  • Any item opened, used, tampered with, or missing safety seals
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items except as described below.

2) When We Will Replace or Refund

We may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if we confirm any of the following:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your order is missing items
  • The product is defective on arrival (DOA), such as a disposable that won’t power on or draw, a leaking/non‑functional cartridge on first use, or packaging compromised on arrival.

Not covered: dissatisfaction with flavor, potency, or effects; and normal product variation.

3) Reporting Window (Strict)

To be eligible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (recommended) and no later than 7 days.

Email: sales@puffla.com. Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item(s), outer packaging, and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue
  • For vapes/cartridges: a short video showing the issue (if possible)

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

4) What We Don’t Cover (No Refunds)

  • Items opened/used beyond verifying a DOA defect
  • Packages marked Delivered but lost/stolen afterward
  • User damage (drops, liquid exposure, improper storage/charging)
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Shipping delays once the package is with the carrier
  • Preference-based requests (taste, smell, “didn’t like it”)
  • Normal variation in color, consistency, potency, or terpene profile

5) Return Shipping (Usually Not Required)

Because most products are non‑returnable, we typically do not request returns. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

6) Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged

7) Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly. Contact us immediately at sales@puffla.com or 640‑250‑2331.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to accommodate
  • If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled

8) Shipping Issues / Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and building/mailroom staff
  • Contact the carrier
  • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on circumstances.

9) Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website is the current version.
